Centrifugal classifiers

Our classifiers allow to carry out the screening of any flour and granular product without the escape of dust.
The classifiers include two types of use, combining process requirements with those of high production:
1) First separation classifier that divides the fine product from the coarse product by granulometry
2) Safety classifier that eliminates foreign bodies and various lumps of the product in transit.
The choice of materials and the sizing of all components are made according to the characteristics of the product to be treated (abrasiveness, weight, grain size, humidity, chemical aggressiveness, etc.). All head supports are built with mechanical characteristics suitable for bearing both radial and axial loads. Thanks to the design know-how, our company is able to manufacture on request, machines for special applications with shapes, sizes and materials that do not fall within the standard productions normally available on the market.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
- 1 | Control unit composed of an electric motor with belt and pulley transmission or a reduction gear with pinions and chain.
- 2 | Particularly sturdy machine body made of carbon steel with large upper door for checking and maintaining the internal mechanical parts.
- 3 | Basket and internal rotor: according to the type of product, fed through a dosing screw, the basket is made of perforated sheet metal with different diameters and patterns joined coaxially to a rotor with paddle beaters or with rotating bars and cleaning brushes.
- 4 | Flanged head supports made of cast iron or carbon steel on an exclusive Grespan design with seal between shaft and head, standard type or with packing or by means of air flushing for special uses.
- 5 | Carbon steel distribution valve for channeling the product to the dosing augers only for double "D" models.
- 6 | Product discharge with larger grain size.
- 7 | Product unloading with fine granulometry.
Options:
- 1 | Constructions in AISI 304 stainless steel;
- 2 | Shear damper on the head exhaust.
