Made for horizontal and inclined transport over long distances of granular and floured products.
Our chain conveyors include various types of models: normal, reversible, double bottom, for receiving pit unloading. Our company is able to design and manufacture tailor-made machines for special applications that do not fall within the standard productions available on the market.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
- 1 | CONTROL HEAD: sturdy construction, consisting of a gearmotor coupled directly to the drive shaft, equipped with an electronic anti-clogging system
- 2 | RETURN TAIL: sturdy construction, equipped with chain tensioning unit and electronic speed control system.
- 3 | CASE: construction with modular flanged elements. Executions: painted, hot-dip galvanized and in stainless steel, with bottoms and guides in wear-resistant material. Bottoms and covers bolted to allow easy maintenance
- 4 | CHAIN: scraper of the folded or forged type sized according to capacities and products to be transported
- 5 | LOADING AND UNLOADING PORTS: prepared for connection to other machines
- 6 | ACCESSORIES:
- Electro-pneumatically or motorized discharge dampers
- cleaning strips for chain and / or scrapers
- vacuum strips and product flow regulation
- use of wear-resistant materials for the transport of abrasive products
Inclined chain conveyors
Inclined chain conveyor, used for the transport of products with slopes greater than 20°.
The range of our chain conveyors differs into 2 main classes depending on the inclinations of the transport planes:
TC type conveyors:
suitable for transport with inclinations up to 15 ° available in hot-dip galvanized, painted or stainless steel versions
TCI type conveyors:
suitable for transport with inclinations up to 85 ° available in hot-dip galvanized, painted or stainless steel versions
These 2 types include various models of machines that differ in the internal width of the case and the use of a chain with folded or forged links.
