Helical conveyors

Our helical conveyors allow horizontal and inclined transport of coarse and fine grain products and flours without dust escaping. They require easy installation and reduced maintenance due to the quality of the installed components.
Our helical conveyors include various types of models and capacities; from channel or ducted conveyors, to extractor and dosing augers and find their application in the zootechnical, milling, large storage, chemical and similar sectors, combining process requirements with those of transport.
Our company is able to design and manufacture tailor-made machines for special applications that do not fall within the standard productions available on the market.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
- 1 | Control unit consisting of a gearmotor coupled directly to the shaft with a special reaction arm or a coaxial gearmotor with chain transmission
- 2 | Intermediate supports used to guarantee the linear concentricity of the shaft, avoiding contact between the coils and the internal case. They consist of lubricated rexilon supports and allow the modular connection of the shaft by means of bolted pins. For conveyors up to 5 meters long it is possible, thanks to an appropriate oversizing of the shaft, to avoid the installation of intermediate supports
- 3 | Loading / unloading ports designed for connection to other machines
- 4 | Inspection hatch mounted on the head to allow internal inspection of the machine
- 5 | Head supports equipped with anti-clogging device, flanged and made of carbon steel on exclusive GRESPAN design with seal between shaft and head, standard type or with packing or by air flushing for special uses
- 6 | Spirals of various thickness, continuous or in sectors in carbon steel, stainless steel and wear-resistant steel.
